How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Lyingvalue Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Lyingvalue Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand that Lyingvalue Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Making Your Complaint
Email contact@lyingvalue.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
